Koan adds Klinux embedded support for new single board computers

Koan announce that its commercial embedded Linux distribution for industrial applications
Klinux now supports various SBCs (single board computers) from BOSER and ICOP boards.
SBCs supported by Klinux now include the the x86 based BOSER-HS2603 and ICOP-Vortex86,
and a new ARM based board running Atmel AT91RM9200.
Klinux distribution includes the KTX (Koan Toolkit eXtension) configuration utility
which can be used to create and set up cross-platform development environments
without specific knowledge of the target hardware.
All the toolkits included in Klinux are released under GPL license.
Koan began shipping the current 2.0 version of Klinux in July of 2004.
The distribution is based on a 2.4.26 series kernel,
and includes an open source development environment.
Klinux distribution for industrial applications has support for wxWidgets (formerly wxWindows),
a mature C++ GUI framework for cross-platform development.
Koan claim in October 2004 that Klinux is the
best-selling embedded Linux distribution in Italy.
